President Correa will give a talk entitled "A concrete alternative from Ecuador in the midst of climate rhetoric: Yasuní-ITT." In it he will speak about Ecuador's historic decision to permanently forgo the extraction of the Yasuní-ITT oil fields as a contribution to better management of natural resources and to reduction of climate change.

El que interrumpe a Correa en el minuto 1:11:10 es Carlos Lauría, presidente del comité de protección de periodistas y defiende a Emilio Palacios. Lo que queria era causar disturbios. Luego de que acusó injustamente a Correa de haber influenciado en la justicia ecuatoriana, fue a quejarse en cnn que Correa lo habia llamado mentiroso. Pero todos vieron que el hombre acosaba a Correa sin razón
