18th October - We only had one evening in Vegas, so there wasn't much (if any) time to play any games or anything. For our first time there we really wanted to see all the amazing hotels, casinos and lights that we've seen all our lives on TV and in movies. The iconic images, if you like.
We had a nice meal in The Golden Nugget on Fremont Street ('old' Vegas), saw the amazing video display that covers the entire street there... and then walked the length of 'the strip' looking at all the Super Casinos (new Vegas). I think we walked about 8 miles or something that night... but it was great to finally see everything.
I could imagine this place would be a great laugh if a few of you went and you had a few evenings there. I'm sure we'll go back at some point.
