Umm, as long as your allowed to upload the video you would be fine.

I've seen some channels that are partners that upload video game reviews, so if I were you I'd try and get in contact with one of them.

great video man, I would love to be part of the partner program but I need someone to take the time and review my vids. I am willing to pay you for this service. I just need to know which ones need to go and what ones can stay. My reason for this is I don't want to start all over with a new channel. My account says it is in good standings but there may be videos they frown upon. Hope you can help.
