Sure a law suit will clear his name, if Mayweather didn't duck out a court-ordered deposition he could justify his reasons for baseless accusations of being on something when there is no proof. Where's the proof that Pacquiao is on something? If you have it why can't you present it in court? Simple as that right? Except there is no evidence otherwise Mayweather wouldn't duck out. See? That includes everything up to a few months before Manny fought Mosley. What you're talking about is Manny agreeing to take it with a 14 day cutoff which Floyd stated that once the first negotiations were over that he was taking the 14 day cut off date off of the table. Manny just agreed at the end of last month or at least that's what Arum said.
