And the US teaches Abstinence only...little further north Canada teaches safe sex and promotes condom use among teens. Lets compare the rates of infection among teenagers between these nations......oh and Fuck you pope BeneDICK.

The statistics are somewhat warped. Most youngters who get hiv are from Africa, and they are born with it. Each country has a different story to tell. In Russia, yes 50% of hiv is in 15-25. This is because they do drugs. In 3rd wordl africa, it is child birth. In the West, it's mainly sexual intercourse, but the numbers are a lot lower.
