UGA Celebration!

I loved this when it happened, but it has been HORRIBLE for UGA in the long run. The officials have been calling excessive celebration penalties on UGA at an alarming rate ever since this happened. That is a fact, look it up! This may have been a great boost at the time, but it is KILLING Georgia in the long run. LSU game anyone???

Tebow didn't go to the NFL because they weren't even projecting him in the top 10, that's more than likely not the only reason he stayed, but it is one of them. Every sports announcer has said that Stafford was the best NFL ready QB last year, even though he wasn't the best in college.

The only reason Stafford got that contract was because the Lions needed a quarterback and McCoy, Bradford, and Sneade didnt come out. Stafford threw 3 picks against UF its gonna be a few years before he earns that money.

When asked on the Dan Patrick show if Sam Bradford, Colt McCoy, Jake Locker, and Jimmy Clausen were still available in the draft, Dungy said he'd take Tebow.

Nothing against Stafford. I'm not a Gators fan, GT is my school, so I gotta respect Matt since I'm thankful Calvin Johnson actually has someone who can throw to him now. ha

but even as a UGA student, I believe Tebow would be in those shoes had he decided to go pro. Don't count your chickens before they hatch-- there is always next year's NFL draft :(
