Bluegrass at Watkins Music Hall

Bluegrass music at Watkins Music Hall, in rural south Georgia, near Quitman and Valdosta -- featuring the Rivertown Girls. People gather for jamming and friendly socializing there at Mt. Zion Road, in a simple plywood building every Saturday night, with guest performers. The Rivertown Girls were an extra special treat.

It is every Saturday and all are invited. Bring your instrument and a group of folks with you. No charge, no smoking, no alcohol. Family friendly. I usually get there around 3 pm and it lasts until.

The river town girls are from my neck of the wood in Blountstown Florida, their grand father was the sheriff for many years . They are very talented to still be in high school .
