when i do the pokemon one i get a weird noise and the game continues

I put in my details in PET, and I end up fighting the original person from the slot. I try to make a new person, It tells me some weird code and some other quote like Invalid Credentials.

Umm whenever i do the give pokemon code and i talk to the person it makes a sound and the game continues without me recieving the pokemon. ANy thing i can do to fix this?
