@lionheartedlamb STFU! he didn't develop it. He COPIED it from Arnis de Mano. Accept the fact, Kenpo is just a copycat of Arnis/Escrima.

Professor Serrano is very proficient, and this set is rarely spoken of and even more rarely shown. Is it true that there are several club and knife sets? Please keep the vids coming,as I find them to be utterly essential knowledge. I can now point to visual evidence that proves that YES,KENPO HAS WEAPONS TOO.

Thank you very much

Great!

That's cool! I am just trying to find more info on it. Someone told me that there were actually 3 club sets, a knife set and a few other sets/forms that may or may not have gone in after the books but I am having a heck of a time getting more info on them as well as the various curriculum over the years.
I am enjoying the vids, keep them coming please :)
Very Interesting. Do you happen to know when it was introduced to Mr. Parker?
Also I just wanted to say thanks for work you are doing for the Kenpo community. I know everybody and their brother have a different way of doing Kenpo, all have their respective opinions, but you guys are at least sharing what you know and I have come to really appreciate that. Thank you.

I don't know for sure, but if I was to take a guess, I would say 80's. It was before the books came out as you can see Club Set 1 in the web of knowledge in Infinite Insights. I'll probably see Frank next week, and I'll do my best to remember to ask him.
Thank you for your kind words. We're just trying to keep it real and honest.

What books are you referring to? Club Set isn't in my copy of Inifinite Insight Vol 5. I just scoured pages 71-87 and I can't find it. Maybe its in a later printing (if there was one)? My copy is First Printing June '87.
If you have a different printing and it is different, could you copy the web of knowledge so I can see the updated curriculum and take notes?
Thanks.

I thought I saw it in there...I guess I've been hit in the head one too many times.

Was that set developed by Ed Parker? It looks a lot like Long 4.

The set was developed by Frank Trejo and was brought into the curriculum by Mr. Parker.
