the american version sucks sometimes, cause why do one cut away the bad words he is saying? it is not like this program is suiteable for kidz anyway so why cut it.

Y'know, its SO damn obvious, but it seems a common theme among most resteraunteurs and even chefs that are on this program, they don't have a clue what their competition is -- They don't routinely go out and sample the food in other fine dining resteraunts they are supposedly competing against, so they have NO idea how their standards compare. How can you POSSIBLY succeed in a business that's so dependent on customer satisfaction when you don't know how you rate?
