It's interesting listening to the comments in the locker room from the no-name American players on how Ivan Lendl "doesn't cover court well at all"

Yeah that does look like Gunthardt. I remember him playing Connors in the US Open in the quarters in (I think) 1985.

Amazing that you even put this on here. I remember when I was in junior high school and just starting to play, this tournament grabbed my attention. I remember reading in the Sports Illustrated after the tournament that this match between Lendl and Clerc "might still be going if not for the Argentine losing the 4th set tie break and tiring in the 5th".....Thanks for posting it.
