Fall For You: Chapter 48 [He's My Favorite Person]

Dinner was really amazing. We had the Spagettini, which was just spaghetti with some toppings, and it was A-Mazing. We talked about food, what our favorites are at different places and recommended some other ones. It was nice to talk to him about food. He seems to like a lot of the same things that I do. As the conversation moved on, I couldnt help but to think how...sweet he really was. I mean, hes gentleman like, sweet, caring when I talked about serious stuff, funny, gorgeous. Hes also a great listener, not really the best advice giver, but some are good and hes extremely smart...smarter than I gave him credit for.
We both decided that I would pay, since he paid for all of the tickets for today and this was agreed that this would make us even, even though I knew that he probably shelled out a LOT more than I paid for today for the train tickets, the Broadway show tickets and the concert tickets. But, I seem to never win when it comes to arguments like that. Hes so diplomatic. He should become a government official or a lawyer.
Anyways, I paid and we left, for it was time to start heading over to the concert. It wasnt really that far away and then I saw it come into view. I looked up at the entrance and noticed the sign...
"NO FLIPPING WAY. JOE!!!" I became so excited, I started jumping up and down like a maniac. I cannot handle myself right now. I mean...KINGS OF LEON?!?! I CANT BELIEVE THIS RIGHT NOW!!
"Yeah, flipping way! And we are FIRST LEVEL!!!" He exclaimed. And If I didnt know any better, I started to like him even more. Like...more than I did before. Way more than I did last week. Like 1000 times more than that. I just grinned and then threw my arms around him in happiness.
"Thank you." I whispered. "Thank you for picking me to go with you." He hugged me back and it was a good hug. A really good hug. Like, a hug your boyfriend would give you...ANYWAYS. We let go from the hug and he beamed at me.
"Oh, you are welcome. I actually asked Nick if you liked them because they are my FAVORITE band. And British Sea Power is great too." He said nonchalantly. I gaped at him. Hes been listening to British Sea Power too? Hes pretty much my favorite person in the world right now.
"You...you like British Sea Power?" I asked, sounding shocked. He nodded.
"Yeah. After that night you and your parents were over for dinner, I got hooked. They are so good. Maybe we should go to a concert one time." I started to smile so much, it started to hurt. I threw my arms around him and hugged him again. I was so filled with happiness, I gave him a kiss on the cheek. I heard him gasp when I did this move and I pulled away, blushing.
"Sorry. Im just so happy, I could...never mind." I caught myself. I REALLY didnt wanna say what I thought out loud. He looked at me curiously.
"You could...what?" He asked with coyness in his voice and...THERES THAT LOOK AGAIN! I seriously wanted to slap it off his face, but I kinda like it at the same time. It was weird.
"I could...BEAT YOU TO THE TICKET BOOTH!!" I said, trying to convince him. I turned around and raced towards the booth and raced around the people gathering for the concert. I made it and then looked for him and he was racing towards me. He reached me, but didnt slow down. He ran right into me and grabbed my waist and started to tickle me. Now, one thing he didnt know, but was about to find out was that I was EXTREMELY ticklish. He started poking me in different places and then I was squirming around laughing harder than I ever had before. His touch was so soft and so gentle, but yet full of want and roughness. He finally stopped and we looked at each other. He was still holding me around my waist, not wanting to let go. I looked into his eyes and, before I could comprehend it, he was leaning in. His hot breath was on my face and I felt some butterflies erupt in my stomach...
"GET OUT OF THE WAY, LOVEBIRDS!!" Some teenage guy and girl squeal. I turned my head at them and then glared at them. Why did I glare? Honestly, I kinda wanted to kiss him. I wanted it to happen, but stupid teenage boy and girl had to ruin it. I stood up straight and Joe let go of me, blushing like there was no tomorrow.
"Sorry." He muttered, shuffling his feet, looking down at them. I chuckled and tried to play it off that I really REALLY wanted it to happen.
"Its fine." I said. He looked up and nodded, giving me a weak smile. He pulled out the tickets out of his wallet and then we proceeded inside and to our seats. And, boy...we were REALLY close to the stage. I was probably going to be able to see Caleb perfectly and he was my favorite. I pulled out my camera and took random pictures of the stage, the arena and some candid ones of myself and some with Joe. And, I came to the realization that...

I might have a crush on him.
