The boar hunt was great this year, and all are encouraged to come in 2009. Boar hunt is a FREE SCA War and/or event, and is donation if you wish. Can't fight? No heavy combat armor? No problem! Be a dog, you get to participate by running around and barking, or you could be a hound if you have armor and do the same.
Want to be a hunter and have a pike? Go for it! Want to be the boar and fend of countless enemies with two maces? Then you need to come in 2009!

Nice to see someone else got some footage at the event. We recorded all day but there was a technical problem with the camera and I don't think we'll be able to get any of the footage.
This is a great event for getting up close footage of SCA melee fighting.
