This video is a tour of Kilmainham Jail in Dublin, Ireland, and also has photographs of the sites in Ireland that the Irish fought and died for. Kilmainham Jail is revered by people who value freedom and the rights of nations to decide their own destiny. The jail is the site of the execution of 15 Irish men who were part of an armed rebellion called the Easter Uprising. The Uprising took place immediately after Padraig Pearse read the Irish Proclamation of Independence on 24 April 1916.
