R.Poornema a pearl of anusham dance group chennai

A Bharatanatyam performance by R. Poornema was staged at the YGP Auditorium on 3rd of February 2008. Performing at her alma mater Padma sheshadree School founder Dr (Mrs.) Y.G, Parthasarathy Dean & PSBB Group of schools " Bharat Samchar" presided over the function is a tribute to her credit. Restraint was conspicuous in the performance. Evident was simple dignity, poise and humble self assurance. It was an evening of Rasasvada that comes rarely by. An evening of aesthetic delight in every sense of the term is it in Angika (the body architecture), Vachika (song and lyric), Aaharya (decoration) or Satvika (captivating interpretation). The dance of bliss, or the Ananda Tandavam of Siva is said to symbolize the five ... Sri Vaanmeegar's birth star is Anusham in the Tamil month of Purattasi ....may be this made the troop to start with Tandava starter dance by R.Poornema....

I think Anusham has 30 pearls and every one are doing well.I had the opportunity to see one among the thirty, that happened to be Poornema recently.All have their individuality and they are unique.Hope I do get an opportunity to see Bhargavi's performance too.
