Officials from IR Iran's Interest Section Office in Washington DC refused to accept more than 3,000 strong petition for Shiva's release.

شیوا نظرآهاری سمبل شرافت و آزادگی است و من به عنوان یک ایرانی به خود می بالم که ایران زمین چنین فرزندانی در دامان خود پرورید،من گمان نمی کنم رژیم جرات این را بکند که بخواهد به او آسیب برساند ولی بهر حال او امروزدر چنگ ضحاک اسیر است باید با تمام توان به یاری او بشتابیم تا او را به خوانواده خودش یعنی ایران باز گردانیم .

@Glennmystical Shiva was first arrested two days after last year's coup d'état probably because of her abilities to speak about what was happened. When set free two months later, she published a text about her experience inside Evin prison and launched a campaign to defend the rights of Atefeh Nabavi, another prisoner who had been raped and tortured. That seems to be the reason: being able and ready to defend others' rights by legal means.

Sorry I dont' speak anything but english, can some one tell me why Shiva was arrested? I heard the charges but what exactly did she and some others do?

ارژنگ داوودی، شاعر، معلم، نویسنده و زندانی سیاسی شجاعی است که برای تاسیس و اداره "جنبش آزادی ایرانیان" و تاسیس "کنفدراسیون دانشجویان ایرانی" هشت سال را در زندانهای اوین، رجایی شهر و بندر عباس زیر شکنجه های شدید، سپری کرده است. دوران محکومیت وی پانزده سال میباشد. ارزنگ از پنجاه دو روز پیش در اعتراض به جنایات سران جمهوری اسلامی در اعتصاب غذای نامحدود به سر برده و در آستانه مرگ قرار دارد

جالبه که اینجا ارژنگ داوودی بعنوان یک زندانی سیاسی به رسمیت شناخته نشه تا اسم و عکسش در لیست قرار بگیره

Arzhang Davoodi, teacher, poet, writer and political prisoner has been imprisoned for eight years and still has seven more years. He is the Secretary General of "Iranian Freedom Movement" and co-founder of "Confederation of Iranian Students." Arzhang is on his 52th day of a hunger strike in Rajaee-Shahr Prison, and his health is deteriorating rapidly.

And he is not even in "Your Political Prisoner's list"!!!!
