Police are not deliverers of punishment. They are peace officers. This officers actions are non-peaceful. Obviously the criminal needed to be taken off the street, but I don't condone violence. This cop ruins the reputation of police. I hope this cop gets the same punishment someone would get for kicking someone else on the ground.

@zapproowsdower Dude, did you see how many people's lives he endangered.
If he's so innocent, why didn't he just stop in the first fuckin place?
-
If the cop asked the man to put his hands behind his back right then and he didn't...that would warrant a kick to the head.
-
this "cop" has been on the force for 17 years i think they said. imagine what he hasn't been caught doing.

this is so blatant. The rise of police brutality is on an astronomical rise since 2008. Does not matter if this suspect murdered someone it is not the job of the police to be the judge and jury. This means anyone that this cop pulls over is in danger

THEY MADE A MISTAKE IN THE PLACE WHERE THEY ARE
ITS SUPOSED TO BE EL MONTE

fuck the police

the kick to the face is used normally to make sure the person his not playing possum. The hit with the flashlight, the guy kept his hand covered under him was he could have been hidding something and if they grab for it that they could get hurt. The high five, is yes we got the bad guy, good job. Looks like they are trying to fire the officer for doing his job. If you don't like my way of think, well tuff s**t!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! -
How and the fuck can a video lie. The cop took the law in his own hand.
If you're referring to the fucking field goal kick, yeah. that would have been 3 points. I know that the less-intelligent would say "Yeah, he got what he deserved, he's a gang banger."
But the smarter person realizes that a cop using absolutely unnecessary force today, means a cop using unnecessary force tomorrow. It may not be a gangbanger then, it might be "you" being pulled over for speeding, and a cop having a bad day misinterprets something you say, and the boot comes down.

OMG! it dosnt matter if he was a gangbanger or not. They would have booted any one of us if they "felt it was necessary".
