  • what kind of speakers to you have hooked up to that

  • @willdill i either just have headphones or use my speakers for my pc (which are pretty good quality ones) can turn them up quite loud too :D haha

  • I know this model has an amazingly natural piano. However, in this piece it sounds like if it was running out of polifony, several times. I want to think that it has enough polifony, so... what happened? Did you maybe cut the wave relase to much manually? Please tell me if you know what I'm refering to, because I'm about to buy one of these. :-)

  • ive had a listen, but i cant hear what u think is insufficient polyphony? what times in the video do you hear it? the fantom is great for polyphony that ive found :D

  • Very beautifully played!!!

Couldn't help noticing how the whole instrument is bouncing when you play. Is it lying on a bed??? Is it on purpose - to avoid disturbing neighbours?

  • haha, its actually on my bed for easy access, my pc is to the left of the fantom, so when im bord of the internet.....i play! lol an easy compromise lol

  • pretty good song! you are good learning by ear

  • I liked the bounce, it adds something. Good tribute to the movie.

  • very good Jamie. Which piano patch of Fantom g have you used?

  • Very good....i like the song, its so dreamy :)

  • Well done Jamie, by ear, wow, do you pick out the cords. Did it take you long to learn? Or are you a genius around music and always have been.. I expect the latter., though every version has a been joy to listen to.

  • good

  • @willdill Im in the same boat... but heres the deal... even if you buy a used one, your looking at 2500USD, so if your already dropping that much, go ahead and find a nice set of studio monitors for around 500 bucks... check out the M-Audio BX8A's awesome studio monitors for the price!

  • @Zarabozo The fantom has 128 note polyphony..... concidering its has a standard 88 keys...you would have to hit every single key almost twice, and still have the 1st key ringing out, before it would even clip anything... basically its impossible.

  • @JamieCleaton1 really? ok cause im getting my g8 in like 1 month and a half and i was sort of nervous about the fact that i would have to spend like another 1000 dollars on speakers
