But yeah, you have to buy balls to play and you also win balls - as it is illegal to play for cash directly.
When you want to "cash out" you exchange the balls for some random item (like a watch) and then usually you can find a small shop nearby that will allow you to trade this item for some cash...
Wow. That's a lot of machines. If I'm not mistaken this is pretty much like the equivalent of a slot machine here in America, right? The difference is you pay for a number of balls here to use for the machine instead of credits in a slot machine.
