Benn didn't even destroy Gerald. Gerald got a TKO win in the first round, ref gave a long count, Gerald thrashed him more throughout and eventually died of rabbit punches. Benn was never in the fight.

Split decison my arse! I was watching that fight on Setanta sports live and Calzaghe won it easily. It just goes to show how historically bent US boxing is. They say you have to knock 'em out to get a draw .... pretty much sums it up!
