By the time I left Mori Tower, it was already nighttime. I walked the streets of Roppongi to find the nearest subway station to visit Shinjuku. Shinjuku station houses the busiest train station in the world with a really complex underground system. Surrounding Shinjuku Station are hotels, department stores, specialist electronic and camera shops, cinemas, restaurants, and bars. Kabukicho also known as the red light district can be found nearby, which I also visited. I mainly wanted to visit Shinjuku at night for its famous neon lights, but also mainly because of one of my favorite movies of all time in Lost in Translation.
