yeah using some Jeremy Clarkson bullshit is just ridiculous. He conducts his reviews for entertainment not for true evaluations. Covettes will always be built cheaply because all the care about is performance. Their customers understand this.
The McLaren is one of the most spectacular cars ever built comparing it to anything is just ignorant.

The ZR1 only has carbon fiber trim pieces and a carbon fiber roof. It's not the entire exterior.

I own a supercharged 2006 gt500. It might not be gt500kr, but it is still very fast. The truth is though, that the ZR1 is much faster, and I would trade my stang in on one in a heartbeat. It isn't a Ford vs. Chevy thing, it is simply fact that the ZR1 outperforms the stang in every facet of road testing from handling on the slalom to acceleration, top speed, and braking performance. The ZR1 wins hands down over the shelby.
