I cant reset my zen the lil reset hole wont reset it :o how else can i reset it & i want to sell it but im wondering whats a good price to sell it for :o

i've had my creative zen 16GB for a couple of years now. now i hav a problem.

the brightness of the screen seems to be permanantly on 10%. if i go into settings and change it to 100% it displays that it is 100% but is still as bright/dark as 10%. this is really getting on my tits now that im trying to watch films in darkness and i like the 100% brightness as it gives it a vivid display.

any feedback or help is very much appreciated.

when u r scrolling throo songs, do u have to click the pad over and over or can u just hold down the pad

I have had this mp3 player for about a year and its worked perfectly well! it froze up once but apart from that its been fine, its always terrible when someone has a bad customer experience with a product but if you look hard enough you'll find horror stories for pretty much every product! I use mine mainly for podcasts so only having 4GB isn't really a problem, the controls are really intuitive its really easy to use!

Rip off. I bought this player and it has soo many flaws. It locks by it self. When I updated the firmware it wouldn't turn on and. The LCD screen is soo Cheap it broke while it was charging in my computer. Creative Customer Support Sucks they don't even have a telephone number to call and tell them off. I'm supper pissed, You are better off going and buying Apple even though I hate itunes. >( fail Creative Major FAIL

can i also select the songs that are saved on the sd card unsing the menu of music?

i mean with the path interprete>album>song?

i would prefer this because in this way i dont have to remember if the song i'm searching for is on the player or on the card.
