bitch ass terrorist scum cowards. Wake up America! Cops are NOT our friends.

@redsmanager57 Your wrong, Police are not liable for damages during a 'WARRANTED" raid. This however, was the wrong house. They will have to pay for the damages.
-
@PittsburghCopBlock thank you! Someone here has a fucking brain. Salute you.
-
@redsmanager57 get the fuck outta here.. Ur as dumb as you sound.. smh, I hope they act wreckless against your face.

@redsmanager57 Never give consent to search your house or vehicle. If you give consent police are NOT 100% responsible for ANY damage to your property. But if you say no, they first need probable cause then obtain a warrant. And you are more likely to win a small claims case against them for damage to your property during the search. Always get information on EVERY cop who participated in the search or was present. Also depending on the state, you can ask for business cards.

@PittsburghCopBlock This gestapo-mentality is spreading and eventually the cops will find every person in the US against them. Perhaps that's what they want? A shooting war with US citizens, believing somehow they'll win? Sad.

u let them in so ur right is gone cant suue them and they should pay for her furniture

Police are liable for damage caused during a SWAT raid?! Yes they are. especially a fruitless one. the fugitive wasn't even there! do they get to destroy your home because your 35 yr old stepson who doesnt even live there is wanted by the law?! They are 100% liable. the chief is just trying to cover their ass. they are banking on that woman being to poor to get a lawyer. i hope they have to buy her all new furniture, windows and bedding. seriously, why should she foot the bill?

Try getting beat up and crippled by these pigs lady...2 surgeries later and you will be ready to die to defend yer country against these Draco illuminati "men"- they are not even humans but scaled blood thirsty creatures- from hell itself!

They didn't have a warrant, because they asked permission to search her house. That's called a permissive search based on probable cause, and she has the right to refuse. The officers carry tasers and pepper spray, enough less than leathal equipment to subdue a K-9. Swat raided the wrong house, and as such, should be held responsible for damages caused during that raid.
Her CLAIM IS PROBABLY VALID?!?!?!?! WTF IS WRONG WITH THESE IDIOTS!!!!! the whole house is infected with chemicals lol

"Police are not liable for damage during a SWAT raid"...and that in itself is license to act as recklessly as they want.
