SOM is the commonest cause of conductive hearing loss in children..
This is a small video for the 4th year medical students.

  • @2degucitas My left ear healed normally, but my right ear did not. I had to then get another surgery (gods, it made me so sick!) which replaced that part (or all?) of my eardrum. They cut behind the ear, take some tissue, and place it over the hole. So, it depends. It is supposed to heal, but sometimes, it needs more help. :|
