1. In the Sound Stages, Fate and Signum finally had their "true matches"... It resulted in Signum wiping Fate's ass in the vast majority of them.

2. Nanoha and Signum had two known fights. One was only mentioned, and ended in a STREET BRAWL between the two.

The second one was shown and ended in a draw, with Fate intervening so they don't kill each other. However, Signum was still standing and fully concious while Nanoha was on the ground with dizzy eyes

Conclusion: Signum is the strongest

Also listen to the Sound Stages if you are fluent in Japanese and you'll hear that Signum beats Fate many times. Don't also forget that Signum can unison with Agito and be even stronger.

@LionelMessi1337 Just like to say, for the last one you put, Signum was standing and fully concious but her clothes were all ripped and damaged, while Nanoha had her clothes completely fine was standing (little help from Fate to balance her) and was completely aware of whats going on just dizzy, I say that one was a draw. Also they had a chat afterwards and Signum called Nanoha a monster and said she thought she was going to die, while Nanoha said Signum got way into it. So yeah, draw.

It's looks like this series Toying a lot with it's Fans especially with certain Characters.

Fate for example, in Soundstage, we learned that she actually a fast learner, Have Abnormally Strong mana, managed to performed a high leveled spell without a Device, and other plus things that made we adored her so much. Then? u can see, in actual series How easily Nanoha wiped her ass with SLB, beaten by Chrono just mere a second in A's manga, Spanked by sgnum in A's Soundstage.

You guys are missing out a point here. Fate is more of speed enhancement spells over bombardment spells. Comparing over the ability to destroy 50 units is not reliable at all.
