the last 40 seconds or so was interrupted by what I would describe as jamming. Inhofe is right to question beliefs that would translate into policies that the EPA would administer. Did anyone elect an EPA administrator??? BTW, bobjon..you must have failed spelling/syntax. The word is "declare". But more to the point...the EPA "dictates". How have we, in the USA, arrive here?
