The first excerpt from a documentary about landscape architect Dan Kiley. In this excerpt, videographer Stephen Bender attempts to capture the space of the Miller Garden, a well maintained and notable example of Kiley's work. The garden surrounds the Miller's home, designed by Eero Saarinen.

Conceived by Michael Van Valkenburgh, who is heard interviewing Kiley in the video.
Funded by a Graham Foundation grant and Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
Directed, shot and edited by Stephen Bender.
