I didn't place first, I missed it by two points!
I also was super nervous and I had butterfingers and dropped my sticks twice!!! C'mon Twice!? I'm not perfect. Every drummer's nightmare, especially in a competition!
Anyways it was a fun competition, learned a lot!
So I put up my practice of this solo when I am relaxed and not under pressure.

That is why I play bass. Nothing to drop, no strings to break (unless you pull it like a bow and arrow), and not as tiring. But, it will do a number on your back if you have a Peavey T-40.

Sounds familiar though likes of John Bonham's Moby Dick solo. You're fantastic to roll out like that.

I know that one was Moby Dick from the legendary John Bonham.
