You you have to do to defeat this software is simply tape up the camera, disable the wifi protocal or unplug the adapter. (If it has no connection it cannot upload.) Then format or simply run rootkit removal program. Only way your gonna have a decent shot at recovery is a GPS SMS device hidding in the machine. Software based IP trackers are almost worthless.
You clearly have no clue what your talking about. BIOS has to be flashed and reprogrammed it cannot be done by there installer, The firmware has to be reprogrammed manually and the code has to be written for that chip (and almost every motherboard model uses a diffrent BIOS archtecture). as for it "installing onto the ram chips" umm RAM does not work that way. All removing a CMOS battery does is wipes settings and clock, it has no effect on the firmware.

@pendejadafcc but this is installed in your bios and ram chips even removeing the cmos bat will not clear it.
