@CallMeEmaxe its most likely to cold in sweden, but if you protect your palm from the frost during the winter it might grow pretty well

@bananatree94 ...I don't know about Washington state, but in Texas these Mexican Fan Palms (Washingtonia Robusta) can grow thirty feet of trunk in ten years. The roots won't destroy a sidewalk but the trunk width may.
