@kiafar You are an asshole! She cares and gives a voice to the animals. You are the rat and you should just crawl back in your hole. Also, if they don't have a fence they should not have a dog. I live in Fl. too and I feel frustrated about not being able to do anything. Our leaders pay little attention to negleted children here, so getting a law passed protecting animals will be hard to pass.
