I see your shoulder muscles engaging in the workout (they seem to flex)
Does this work the shoulders enough to use it on your shoulder days?

This should be isolated to the back. Slight shoulder movement/work may be involved but the emphasis should be back. So you shouldn't do these rows for a shoulder day. Thanks!
