  • I see your shoulder muscles engaging in the workout (they seem to flex)

    Does this work the shoulders enough to use it on your shoulder days?

  • This should be isolated to the back. Slight shoulder movement/work may be involved but the emphasis should be back. So you shouldn't do these rows for a shoulder day. Thanks!

  • How long of a break should I be taking inbetween each set?
