As an ex-volunteer that lived and worked in Armenia for over a year, I have to say that the experience that one gains working in a country that is in full reconstruction is prestigious on all levels. It is beneficial to the volunteer coming from abroad and to the country and its denizen hosting him / her. Plus you get to meet cool people like Tatevik: an Armenia from Legoland, who would have thought??
