What is a warm roof? What is a cold roof? In this video I show a warm roof construction on a flat roof that has gone wrong, I show how a warm flat roof should be built and how a cold flat roof should be built, the term "Warm Roof" acutely refers to the space under the roof insulation and not the roof itself, the same applies to the term "Cold Roof" The choice of a cold roof or warm is normally dictated by the building that roof is going to be built on. Warm flat roofs are by far the cheapest and easiest to install.

The material EPDM used in roofing construction and building seems to have a good reputation, but it does differ in cost, is it advisable to use particular wood's or wood in the constuction of a roof, does it make a difference if the roof is flat or built at an angle? There are many flat roof's in my neighbourhood in Kensington, we have lot's of bird's drop their dropping's also does the acid affect the rubber in EPDM ? Good video.
