And ladies, please don't be thin-skinned about people's comments. All of us who perform (in minstry or not) get critiqued. You can't be defensive. It's not a question of your annointing. Teach the young sisters to accept constructive criticism from sources other than yourself. That's how they grow; and show some grace when someone offers his or her opinion. You know God is with you, but you submitted your work to a public forum. Not all comments will be favorable. HUMILITY is the key word here.

God bless you ladies. My 10 years of performance experience has taught me that audiences appreciate the "telling" part of mime. They look for the storyline. In other words, if there were no music, would the audience understand what the movements represent? Could a deaf person follow the storyline? The movements should not just mimic the words of the song, or be a collection of choppy or jerky random movements, but they should actually tell the story of the song. Turn the music down and watch.

So basically I feel like this:

I work with this group, and each of them are truly wonderful, blessed, and anointed young ladies who have a heart to please and praise God. For someone to make a negative comment means that the ministry is going forth and satan is trying to do all he can to keep it from moving. I am going to pray for you two. I pray that God opens your heart and heals your spirit. Ladies (and Gentlemen) of AIM, keep moving forward in Jesus' Name!!
