amazing great job
Sgt, I know you might never see this comment, but if you do, I hope you respond to it should you find the time. I know you have been lifting for circa 20 years but I was just wondering as a lifter of 1.5 years, how long it took for you to hit certain numbers. For instance, when was the first time you maxed 405? How much training did it take for you to hit 315 for 10? Etc. In any case, keep up the phenomenal lifting. 600 is in your future. 405 for 20 and 315 for over 30 I'd imagine, also.

@emeraldseven took me very long time hit 405 for first time in 2007 all natural 415 x 1 @ 220 bw, while concentrating on hitting the 405 i worked on reps with 315 it takes lot of hard work and dedication. as far as hitting 500 i moved to it very quickly in 3 years from 405, then from 500 to 535 in 1 year and 3 mnths out of thsi time i didnt train for 4 months took a break, taking long breaks helps out more than working out sometimes
