F.E.A.R. Perseus Mandate Demo

There might be major slowdows in performance, those are called checkpoints and you gotta love them for beeing so bad.

A totaly unrelevant addition to F.E.A.R, you're playing as another FEAR guy in another FEAR team just running about doing the same old thing as ever in a very aged graphics engine with totally worthless new weapons such as the über-boring, bad-sounding, bad-looking red-dot-whatever-gun, the super overpowered grenade launcher that reminds me of Rouge Agent for the Nintendo DS.

When you're playing this and see how bad the characters look, sound and feel you wish Jankowski was still around, even if you didn't see much of him in the first game, but he was still a cool character - these new guys are just... ass.
The new expansion demo lacks everything, there's little reasons why to even bother downloading the DEMO as it is obvious Monolith got their hands full for the true, next FEAR (Project Origin) this is just a product from Sierra to bring in easy money by abusing a title.

To optimize recordability of the game I was only playing with V-Lights on Medium and 2xFSAA and no soft-shadows. More than that I do have 16xAF active and all that other stuff on Maximum which seems standard to all new rigs.

Recording at 27-40FPS (lowest FPS is during fights, ofcourse) when not recording the performance is constant 40FPS+ whatever happends.

2GB of OCZ ATi Crossfire Certified RAM at CL4 (800mhz, stock)
ATi Sapphire HD 2900XT at stock
Creative X-fi Xtreme Gamer (all hardware accelerated audio features are active, along with CMSS-3D and 100% Crystalizer)

Story is fine, graphics get the job done, sound is fine, overall a good game. I'd rather have perseus mandate than nothing.
