    On a side note....the guy with the better body gets the chick, not the guy with an average body who walks up to a dime and says "Hey, I can curl 50's"....

  • @MattDurden hes extremely strong he can bench over 500lbs, im not trying to be rude but i think you missed the point of the video. you can make a lighter weight feel heavy with these techniques

  • @lewdude2k8 Haha I totally agree with you! since I watched this video I always kept in mind that I need to stretch and contract the muscle no matter what exercise basically. My workouts has gotten so much better. So much better.
