  • @MusicMan12574 Yes. Daytime running lights are required in Canada.

  • The DRL light is on because I have the key on without the engine running. Mine works fine. Hondas have bad day time running light modules...its a common problem. Replacing the module would probably fix it.

  • Why do you have daytime running lights? Was that a canadian requirement? I have a U.S. accord ex 2000, no running lights at all.
