Neuroscientist Sara Lazar's amazing brain scans show meditation can actually change the size of key regions of our brain, improving our memory and making us more empathetic, compassionate, and resilient under stress.

    Don't be so naive...

Maybe we should use your children as test subject if we can't use animals?

Or how would you prefer it happened? Maybe your neighbours children instead.

There is a reason we use animals. The medication that exists today and saves lives, would not exist if animal testing weren't allowed.

    Its a necessary evil.

  • Good video, I'd just like to point out though that when Sara speaks about the animal testing- this is not a good reference as animals stuck in cages are never happy. So that particular study is already flawed. Human beings need to stop testing on animals. It's archaic and is unnecessary, not to mention completely cruel and heartless. Harming other beings for human beings is not the answer.
