@peanut1327 i looked it up i see that its a good combo actually. id like to get it. but a medium action rod i dont think will be able to stand up to a cat over 20 lbs. im not sayin its useless but 50 lbers you need some heavy duty tackle.

So is channel all you guys go for? Or do you go for blue and flathead sometimes? In my opinion I think the later two put up better fights. Nice vids tho and good practice with the catch and release. Means worlds to little kids to catch a big one
