So fabulous! I adore this voice and this signing.
I will higly appreciate if somebody could explaine to me why we cannot hear such singing today, if I am old-fashined and now vocal technique is following some other trends? It's very important for me to know.

Soleva dire Toscanini: "Quando canta la Tebaldi, tutto è luminoso, tutto profuma di primavera..." E come non definire questa espressione pertinentissima e congruente con questa aria di Mascagni? Ecco -della Tebaldi- il declamato sublime, la pronuncia perfetta, l'emissione purissima, la dovizia di armoniche e smalti, lo sfarzo dei volumi, la bellezza degli attacchi, il leggendario fraseggio, l'interpretazione grandemente eloquente. Ma seguitiamo ad ascoltare le viole che cantano... in Renata...
