I could swear @6:38 that I was seeing a very young * gorgeous Efram Zymbolist Jr. there! Could that possibly be him? His long & distinguished film career on both sides of "The Pond" exposed his sexy magnetism everywhere, whomen were 'gaga' & swooning over this gorgeous "2nd coming" of Victor Mature! lol As it happens, Efram Z achieved great acting success over many years. I be happy to be mistaken here; but it's always a pleasure to be reminded of people like him! lol ;)

You know the fact that you don't actually see the explosion was a way of saving money in the budget. That happens a lot in Redcap, things you don't actually see (fights, explosions, crashes, hit & runs)

@CI5AgentSweeps Good point. All you see is a bit of smoke. No expenses were spared in The Sweeney and The Pros when it came to the rough stuff, thankfully. Did you know, Sweeps, that the guys who produced the Sweeney didn't like SB? I think they found it quite dull and also thought that Sewell and Mower looked too clean cut to be SB officers - in real-life, they were scruffier.
