Panasonic 42G20 - brand new - buzzing like crazy!

After spending £600 of hard-earned cash on a brand new Panasonic Viera 42G20, the thing buzzes like crazy from the top-right corner. It even when the screen is generally dark, making the screen just about unwatchable.

Strangely, when I lightly "grip" the screen on the right, the buzzing stops momentarily.

Same problem here with a TX-42GT30. It's very annoying! I've called Panasonic and they will send a technician...Will see what happens

...might be that something is loose inside the tv...ive been reading alot about this "buzzing" noise on the internet and it could be numerous reasons...good luck trying to fix it...

Hook it up to a line conditioning power center from Panamax or Monster. It probably could help tremendously with that. i would not be caught dead without one on my home theater set up!

your have got at faulty set.

I bought one yesterday and have no issues with buzzing. There is a very low plasma-buzz at white screens but it is only noticeable when the speakers are muted.
