i think u guys r missing the point on the album it doesnt have an american sound its just stronger drums n so forth the reason the album didnt do so well as w/alot of bands now a days is everyone is downloading for free off the interrenet so the album sales r super low....if ur a real H.I.M fan each album has a differnt sound n they take risks that most bands dont H.IM IS THE MOST AMAZING BAND OFF ALL TIME N THEY HAVENT RECIEVED THE RECONITION THEY SO FREAKIN DESERVE!!!!

Now I know. The album is terrible, because he wanted an "american sound." Ville, americans like your music specifically because it doesn't sound like auto-tuned poppy american crap :(

American producer is always a clear sign of selling out. Same happened to Children Of Bodom unfortunately :( First albums are always the best ones and the ones still real and uncorrupted.

He is so right. I agree that a second album would be harder. Also today one can download everything without paying a cent. It makes it so hard for bands that are well known and have a large (yet not abnormal) fan base to survive. I hope these guys will keep on playing. I really like their sound. And I love how Ville is a fan of 80's rock and metal. Respect.
I can only dream of H.I.M coming to Israel :(
