While most kata from Isshin-ryu originate from Gojo and Shorin-ryu, sunsu was developed by O-Sensei Shimabuku himself, and is considered by many to be the only kata unique to Isshin-ryu. All kata in the Isshin-ryu system are done in a "isshin-ryu" manner. i.e. with the vertical fist and whatnot... so I would say all the kata are "true" Isshin-ryu kata, its just sunsu is the only unique kata of Isshin-ryu.
All of Isshin-ryu's kata are "true" Isshin-ryu kata. It is true that 7 of them were borrowed from Goju-ryu and Shorin-ryu, but they were all highly modified to fit Shimabuku's principles, so they are all uniquely Isshin-ryu katas now.
::EDIT::
Goju-ryu, please forgive the misspelling
