  • I just finished Twilight, and I wasn't blown away. I feel like Stephanie Myer isn't a great writer and I really felt like she had an agenda when writing the story.

I really want to check out that Dead on Arrival series. I kind of fell away from True Blood just because of being busy and whatnot, but I really liked what I saw of the series.

  • You should try to read Suicide for Dummies it really implies to you.

  • lol twilight is a joke compared to the sookie stackhouse series. Best Vampire books ever, well 2nd best,Anne rice still takes the cake for vampire novels.

  • I thought the Twilight books were great ! I didn't like the movie very much !! And I love how you say that vampires don't have rules and I laugh when people say that Twilight goes down because Bella get's pregnant there fantasy/vampire books and people shouldn't take it so seriously. THERE MEANT TO BE FUN.

And I read two of the Sookie books from Trueblood and hated them sorry not my cup of tea.

    Thanks for sharing !!!

  • Vladimir Nabokov 'Lolita'

  • i really love your "book review" videos... i always look out for interesting, new books and i'm thankful for the inspiration!

here are a few recommendations from myself:

    - "a home at the end of the world" by michael cunningham

    - "rain fall" and "hard rain" by barry eisler

  • I've watched the whole first season of True Blood and loved it. So I wanted to see how the books compared. I finished the first one and it follows along pretty well until the mid-to-end part of the book, but I definitely wasn't disappointed or anything. So I hope you like that book. I've ordered the second book in the series and I can't wait until it arrives so I can see what happens next! Thanks for the great book review :)

  • In my previous post, I meant to say "different parts" not "parents." Damn typos.

Also, a final note on Moore's pieces. His novels, for the most part, occur in the same universe because some characters make cameos in different novels--it's really cool.

  • I just finished reading a hilarious vampire novel by Christopher Moore. It's called "You Suck: A Love Story." He's a really witty, satirical author; he pokes fun at modern culture and he focalizes different parents of the story through different characters, and it's done quite well. It's actually a sequel to another one of his books: "Bloodsucking Fiends." I didn't know that until I was finished, but you can read "You Suck" without having read the first book.

  • I love U !
