Just back from San Juan and LOVE this...I miss my nightly concert!

Sure they sound peaceful, but the problem is the explosive population they have which wipes out local animals, such as insects and animals competing for food. Because they aren't in Puerto Rico there is no local predator that hunts these frogs normally. Before you start ranting about how dumb Hawaii is, think about what happened with the cane toad explosions that not only wiped out local populations of insects, but killed anything that tried to eat it. Those "cute" animals can destroy ecosystems

@cuecutz12 I'm sorry but what? The real problem isn't the noise (people like to listen to different music for a reason, and what you are doing is forcing people to like what you like) the real problem is the damage they are doing to "our" ecosystem; they create competition for the native wild-life and have the potential to wipe out the rain-forests unless they can stop growing and stop eating the insects who pollinate them. People get angry for a reason, so at least understand the situation.

@twilightbella321 You shut up! You don't have to live like we do in Hawaii with these festering pests. However, you should know that we've developed a method on drawing them out in large numbers then killing them. Some people like to burn them alive. Snap, crackle, Coqui Pop! Now that's an awesome sound!
