The woman in this (Luka) was delusional. She was never married to the man, and the people he was with were his wife (Meiko) and two daughters (Miku & Rin). She stole their stuff after she killed them to make this dress, and went out to find him, thinking he liked girls who were wearing those kind of clothes. In truth, he had never seen her before, so she was a stranger. She killed him,so she killed the whole family

So Luka has a husband, who "Cheated" on her with Meiko, Miku, and Rin. So she killed them one by one, took their stuff, showed it to her husband, and kills him.

So who was the family of four, and who was she talking about at the end when she said, "He looked at me like i was a stranger?"
